It has been a while, again... What I've been up to lately? For starters, I finally found the courage to apply for a job at the cutest restaurant in my village! It all turned out extremely good, so since a month you can officially call me a waitress! (: Nothing REALLY embarrassing has happened to me yet, but i'm sure I'll get my portion of clumsiness haha.
Secondly, my friends and I managed to stand FRONT row at a concert of Tyler Hilton (OTH fans?!) in Bitterzoet - Amsterdam. We shook hands, he signed my CD and he gave my friend his plectrum, how amazing! Also, I'll be enjoying Ed Sheeran in the HMH - Amsterdam tomorrow, can't wait!
We're getting closer to the best winter-month of the year; december! Sinterklaas (THE hero for all dutch kids (; ) arrived this saturday, and temperatures are getting scary low. I'm in winter atmosphere all the way!
However, I have to get back to my math-lesson... Let me know how you guys are doing, I'll see you soon!

One of my best friends N went to the USA last summer. She promised to bring me something American, but I had no idea what to expect! When she came home after 2 months of travelling (how amazing!) she gave the other girls and me these 2 candy boxes from Wonka! Probably nothing amazing AT ALL for my american readers, but I was so excited about this small gift haha! They're the sweetest sort of candy I've ever tasted, Wonkalicious! (;

'Music never let me down' - James Rhodes
I spend the whole day rearranging and cleaning my bedroom, which could also be called study-avoiding-behaviour! (; I'm really happy with how it turned out, I feel like my room is 10 times bigger as it was this morning haha! However, I ended up spending my whole sunday evening (!) writing a small essay on a Czech museum. (I'll be visiting Prague in two weeks time!)
*TO THE POINT:*
I found this small film a few weeks ago, and I was reminded of it when I playing the piano myself this morning. I think it's such an inspiration story, which you should definitely have a look at! James Rhodes talks about his impressive life, and how lucky he is he ended up as a pianist. I hope this post helps you to get over the fact that weekend is almost over! Enjoy!
A few month age, (read; March) I spend a weekend on the beautiful Dutch island Vlieland. I was lucky enough to go with two of my best friend A & J, and J's parents. We stayed in a beautiful apartment, with the most amazing view. On top of all this, we made two amazing horse-rides on the beach.
Walking on the beach at night, enjoying the beautiful hotel-Spa, laughing all day, and having diner in the cutest restaurants. It definitely was one of the best weekend I've ever had!
I ran into these photo's this afternoon, and totally relived that amazing weekend. Enjoy the photos! (:
